Here are some images what the full Thief’s Outfit looks like: It’s a Sly Cooper reference, the outfit is supposed to portray the Sly Cooper game character. The trophy “Cooper Clan Cosplayer will unlock instantly when everything is equipped at the same time. Now that you have all the required parts, it’s time to put on the Thief’s Outfit. You must have unlocked Gosaku’s Armor first to buy the Dye. The Ocean’s Guardian Dye needs to be bought from a merchant, for example the one at Umugi Cove is selling it. At the end of it, you automatically get Gosaku’s Armor as a quest reward. Once there, you will need to kill some enemies and complete a small climbing section to finish the Tale. The quest marker is also shown on the map image below. Once you have the six keys, you should get a new quest marker in the south of region 2 (be sure to track The Unbreakable Gosaku Mythic Tale from your Journal). I never interacted with a gift altar during the story and it was still there after the story. You don’t have to pick it up right away, it will stay there forever until you pick it up. After finishing the story it will definitely be there, but it should show up sooner than that. You must advance the story and it will automatically become available after more story progress has been made. For example, you find a gift altar at Golden Temple in Region 1: Izuhara. The Thief’s Wrap (Mask) is obtained as a gift from gift altars. The item pickup is at the very top in the center of the roof. Once on the first roof you simply jump and grapple up from one roof to the next. By jumping off the deck you get closer to the grappling point. To get up there, stand on the deck of the temple and jump off the corner – as you jump look up and press. However, you can’t see the grapple prompt when standing directly under them. The grappling points are on the corners of the roof. Look for the tallest temple building directly at the frozen lake. The Crooked Kama Headband is found on top of Jogaku Temple in Region 3: Kamigata (your settlement north of the frozen lake that’s marked by a golden icon on the world map).
